Get The Look: Kenize’s Bridal Makeup

Touches of pale blue and dark brown set the tone at Kenzie & Jason’s winter wedding, but when it came to Kenzie’s wedding makeup shades of peach, plum and baby pink gave this bride a warm, pretty glow.

Follow the step-by-step details below to recreate Kenzie's bridal makeup look, created by Jocelyn Brown, a makeup artist with Enizio.

1. Start prepping the skin with Embryolisse 24 Hour Miracle Cream for a natural healthy glow.

2. Apply a creamstick foundation with a foundation brush for a perfectly even application—only where coverage is necessary

3. With a small powder brush, apply a translucent or blot powder to subdue any excess shine on places like the forehead, nose, chin and under the eyes.

4. For a fresh, glowing cheek use a peach-tone blush such as Springsheen or Peachy Keen by MAC and apply on the whole cheekbone from the apple to the ear.

5. Start the eye using a cream base to help the shadows blend and hold. My favorites are MAC paint pots in Painterly or Soft Ochre.

6. Using a soft blending brush, apply a light cream-colored shadow under the brow and in the inside corner of the eye.

7. Through the center of the lid and crease apply a peach shadow blending side to side in a circular motion.

8. Plum-toned eyes are complementary to peach cheeks, so select deep plums like Shadowy Lady or Sketch by MAC.

9. Use black waterproof eyeliner with a thin angle brush for a smooth, softly winged liner. Feel free to add a thin line to the lower lash line as well.

10. Finish with a black (always black) waterproof mascara at least two thin coats.

11. The last step is the lip: Prep with a moisturizing balm like Hempz. Allow the moisture to absorb before applying any color.

12. A baby pink, sheer gloss always photographs well. Apply with a brush in the center and spread outward leaving most of the shine in the middle.
