Last week I was lucky enough to attend the new St. Regis Deer Crest's Grand Debut Gala in Deer Valley. It was one swanky evening, filled with Champagne, sushi, men in double-breasted suits, women in full-length furs, and a celebrity here and there in town for Sundance (ex-NFL star + sports broadcaster Jim Nance and former Hercules hunk Kevin Sorbo—random, I know). Anyhow, it was a great evening, and I am thrilled Utah can now claim a St. Regis resort of our own.
