Salt Lake is home to many lovely historical buildings, but for me the Utah State Capitol takes the cake for the most elegant structure in the city. The statehouse was recently restored to reflect its original grandeur—clean marble and granite inside and out, new sculptures, refurbished murals and chandeliers—making it a stately setting for bridals and wedding photos, like these images of bride Brittney by Camilla Photography. Brittney's princess-style gown (from Mary's Bridal in Salt Lake) fits perfectly with the grandiose setting, and her rich red accessories (love her shoes!) and red rose bouquet add a traditional, regal touch.

Brittney married her hubby Eric on December 19, 2009, in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. Congratulations!

It really is such a pretty building. The light in the photo where the light is hitting her is really amazing. She looks warm! :-)13

Yay! I was her bridal consultant so long ago, she looks beautiful!
